We do not exchange or refund for change of mind or individual tastes. In the instance that a product may have exceeded its use by date when received, or is faulty in some way, we will provide a full refund once the product has been returned to us by COD (cash on delivery). Please contact us by email or telephone with details first.

The Pure Water Online free postage offer extends to Australian postal addresses only. International rates will be charged depending on the item(s) and location so please contact us to determine international rates beforehand. Postage costs for returning any item(s) will be at the buyers expense however Pure water will cover postage on the replacement item(s).
